Quotaraft assists contractors with document tracking, estimating and quotation administration, invoice preparation and delivery, client acquisition, and website services, according to an agreed written scope.
All measurements, scope, pricing, materials, taxes and technical assumptions must be reviewed and approved by the contractor. AI-generated drafts are not engineering, professional quantity-surveying, legal or regulatory certifications.
Quotaraft may prepare contractor-approved invoice drafts, transmit them to approved recipients, and report observable delivery or acknowledgement status. Homeowners pay contractors directly. Quotaraft does not collect, receive, hold, process, verify, reconcile or pursue payments, and does not handle payment disputes, refunds or collections.
The three-task introductory trial is limited to one business, three simple qualifying administrative tasks in a 14-day period, subject to acceptance and capacity. Complex estimating, paid ads, full websites and payment collection are excluded.
The specific deliverables, turnaround times, authorizations, fees, risk allocation, dispute process and applicable law should be included in a separately executed client agreement.
