The current contact form does not submit information to a Quotaraft database. It opens the visitor's email application with a draft message addressed to [email protected]. Information is only sent when the visitor sends that email.
The light/dark mode choice is stored locally in your browser so it can be remembered on your next visit. This preference is not sent to Quotaraft. Without a saved choice, the website follows your device appearance setting.
Information voluntarily emailed to Quotaraft is intended for answering enquiries, preparing requested proposals and providing agreed administrative services. We do not ask visitors to send confidential homeowner records through the public enquiry form.
Before handling contractor documents, Quotaraft and each customer should agree on document access, use of AI tools, permissions, retention, and safeguards. Sensitive files must only be processed with appropriate authorization.
Email, hosting and communication providers may process information according to their terms. Additional tools and privacy notices should be disclosed before they are enabled.
